My Stories
I have written very little of fiction so far. I started writing a novel a year ago which is languishing in the 5th chapter for over a year, although the story is completely plotted and ready to be set down. But time! And inclination! I have also written part of a short story called Dowry, which has the same characters as the novel. For what it is worth, here is the short story (nearly complete, although I plan to change the story drastically later) and some extracts from the novel.
1.Dowry : A short detective story, unfinished and only rough edited.

4. Materialism: The philosophical underpinnings to my version of scientific materialism, which is what I believe in. I had earlier tried to work it into my novel, and since it is too long to be easily edited into an essay, I am posting it as it was originally written. I have not even rough edited it, so please bear with mistakes. I am kicking it out of my novel though, it is too heavy for light reading. That's good! It is also the bulk of my novel. That's bad!
